Request Remote Assistance

 

Remote Assistance is a secure one-time connection allowing a Healthcare One technician to see your computer desktop, and optionally use your mouse and keyboard to help you resolve your problem quickly and easily.

To request remote assistance

  1. Call the Healthcare One support line to request a remote session.
  2. Save it to your hard drive (it will not work to run it directly from this link).
  3. Run the connector by double-clicking the file you downloaded in step 2.
  4. Enter the Session ID code as supplied by the Healthcare One technician.
  5. Click the "OK" button to begin the session.
